Liverpool is ranked 2nd with 83 points, but Chelsea is chasing them with 80 points. Becoming second means you don't have to play a preliminary for next years CL. So they will battle for it and needs 1 point. The Spurs on the other hand are ranked 8th, with 51 points. They can still become 7th if they win today, as Fulham has 53 points. If they lose and West Ham wins then they might lose the 8th place
